The entire building is newly built and was completed in 2020. From the beginning it was a barn building that was rebuilt in total, right from the ground up with new slab and basement walls up to roof. The rafters as well as the wooden roof were retained and all insulation was laid on top of the roof to highlight and maintain the character of the old barn. All floor plan with interior walls as well as plumbing and electricity are brand new. The house is incredibly well built, for example all the walls have OSB boards and double plaster, an advanced FTX system takes care of the ventilation from the technical room and takes advantage of the heat that the rock heat provides from the water-borne underfloor heating on both floors.

Inside the house you are greeted by the grand entrance. It's probably best to visit it yourself and try to put your own words on the experience. Upstairs, the heart of the house has been placed. Here you will be greeted by an interior with amazing space and wonderful light. The grandeur here is the ceiling height and panoramic window along the gable of the house with views of the gardens away to the sea as well as the open floor plan between the kitchen, living room and dining area. The large windows with access to the balcony leading along the long side of the house to the southwest provide a natural flow out to a lunch or barbecue evening in the sunshine.
Furthermore, you have a master bedroom with its own dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Above these rooms is a large loft of about 60 sqm of floor space.
