Ekvik is close to both Stockholm and central Värmdö, yet secluded in a charming idyll with exceptionally beautiful surroundings and lands that for centuries belonged to and used by surrounding manors.

The single-level villa has a modern and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area by the bay window at an angle with windows up to the nook providing a beautiful light entry. Living room with sofa and smart TV and exit to the large outdoor area with sliding doors, lounge furniture and dining area. Here you can enjoy beautiful lake views towards Grissljärden. On the wooden deck directly outside there is the Weber grill, spa bath and sun loungers.
Masterbedroom is a fantastic room with lovely space open in the nook and with large bay windows facing the water. Comfortable armchairs, a luxurious double bed 180 x 200 cm and a large fireplace (not in use).
Bedroom 2 is cozy and comfortable with a comfortable single bed 90 x 200 cm and a desk.
Bedroom 3 has large windows up to the nook to the water, double bed 180 x 200 cm, TV and exit to the outdoor room.

Guest toilet is located in the hall at the entrance.

The guest house has a single bed 120 cm wide, and a sofa bed for 2 p. and TV.

In Gustavsberg (6.5 km) there are shops, galleries, studios, a museum as well as nice cafés and restaurants. Gustavsberg also has a lovely bathhouse with swimming pools, water park, relax and gym.

At Strömma (about 6 km) there is a popular tavern and bar by the canal (summer time), where you can have good food and drinks directly on the jetty. From Strömma you can also take a regular boat to the outer archipelago or to Stockholm.
