The apartment is a 3rd where bedroom 2 is now used as a TV room.
It's no problem for me to move out the sofa and redecorate into another bedroom. Then the large social space can be used as a living and dining room. The apartment is perfect for 2 people + 1 child. It is possible to rent the apartment completely without furniture if preferred.
Right now the apartment is fully furnished and expected kitchen equipment is available.
On the balcony there is a barbecue and outdoor furniture.

The apartment has been renovated as recently as 2022. The surface layers have been repainted, new moldings, the parquet floor sanded and a new worktop has been put in.

Enjoy the summer on the balcony facing the courtyard of the association or take a walk in the nearby green areas. Attracting city life, it is not many minutes away, nor is the Travel Center for those who commute. The members of the association also have access to a nice relaxation area with sauna and a shared large laundry room. In addition to this there is a nice yard with playground and a pergola with infrared heat that can be booked through the website if you are a larger company.

The location close to the city gives access to lovely walking paths along the river Fyrisån, the nature reserve Kungsängen and our beautiful city park. As a resident of Sågargatan, you live centrally with an excellent commuter location as Resecentrum is within a short walking distance. In the surrounding area you will find, among other things, a large grocery store with generous opening hours and postal service, a pharmacy, several kindergartens, several restaurants, gyms and salons, and that Uppsala city center, with all that it offers, can be reached by a short walk. In the area you will also find Mjölnarparken and the popular Anna Petrus park, and the Hamnspången takes you over to the City Garden and the Parksnäcken open-air theatre. Within walking and cycling distance you will also reach Studenternes IP where a variety of sporting events are arranged.
