Welcome to our lovely villa in the peaceful area of Mälarhöjden, close to Mälarhöjdsbadet, Mälarhöjden School, and convenient public transportation.

The villa is a split-level house, with the entrance floor featuring a spacious hall, three large bedrooms—one with a double bed—a modern laundry room with shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet. All bedrooms come with ample closet space.

On the upper floor, you’ll find the social areas. Here, there’s a TV room with a large sofa, a combined living/dining room with a fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchen. There’s also an additional bedroom with an adjacent, fully tiled bathroom that includes a bathtub. The house is in excellent condition throughout, with plenty of natural light streaming in from the many windows.

At the dining table, you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace, as well as access to the large terrace, which has lounge furniture, a gas grill, and a dining table—perfect for enjoying sun nearly all day! In front of the house, there’s parking space for two cars and a charging station for electric cars. The house is ideal for families, as it’s situated on a quiet street at the end of a cul-de-sac.

From the house, it’s just over a 10-minute walk to the Mälarhöjden subway station, which takes you to Stockholm’s central station in 15 min.
