The house is located on a demarcated part of our plot with approx. 350 square meters of its own plot. You have your own driveway with space for two cars (charging option can be selected).
The house is distributed with a ground floor where entrance, office area (could be a small children's corner) and bedroom with good storage facilities for clothes.
Upstairs you will find the living room and kitchen in a bright open plan and a fully tiled bathroom with washer/dryer.
The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized fridge/freezer. Stove/oven, dishwasher and large, nice kitchen bench/work surface in stone.
There is also a separate wine fridge.

Electricity, heating, water and Wifi is included.

We offer the option of renting the house with or without furniture.
