The house is old but completely renovated in 2023. New bathroom with bathtub. New rustic kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. Fireplace in the living room, which has open up into the nook. All other finishes are new, wooden floors and handcrafted floor tiles. Only the laundry room is not furnished, however there is a brand new washing machine and water heater installed in 2024.

Monthly rent includes water, sewage drainage and house insurance. Please note that the tenant is responsible for heating (firewood and air heat pump), electricity, broadband, home insurance and garbage collection itself alternatively a higher heating rent may include everything.

To the house there is a larger driveway and a small garden with storage room. The tenant takes care of the lawn. Lawn mowers are available in the storage room.
