We have decided to rent our chain house in Margretelund, Åkersberga from 1 September 2023 until further. The house is on two floors, 169sq m and has a plot of about 670sqm with fences and thuja hedge all around.
The house consists of kitchen, living room, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with bathtub, laundry room and glazed outdoor space..

In the spring of 2023, the entire entrance plan is renovated with new floor, new kitchen and new bathroom. The bathroom on the basement floor is also renovated and replaced to new. Hence there are no updated images yet.

Very child-friendly, pet-friendly area with good communications. Weekdays there is a bus about 50m from the house to Danderyd Hospital and Technical College which takes about 35min. From the same bus stop there is also a bus to Åkersberga C which takes about 5min where Roslagsbanan is located. With the train it takes about 35-40min to the technical college.
