The house is partially furnitured, beds in bedrooms, sofa in livingroom and kitchen furniture. In case you would like to have your own furniture instead, removal of the furniture is of course not an issue.

You enter the house by the large and spacious outdoor room. On the inside you find the staircase up to the immediate left, and a small hallway. Well inside you'll find the living room with the fireplace to the right and the kitchen to the left.
Straight ahead is the bathroom with jacuzzi and shower.
Adjacent to the bathroom is the master bedroom and on the opposite side the large washroom. Washing machine is installed.
In the washroom is also a backdoor, which leads to a workshop and further out to the backyard, where firewood, bicycle shed etc. are located.

On the second floor you are met by the second living room to the left, and the second bathroom with shower is straight ahead.
To the right are two bedrooms, one has been used as an office, and the other one as a bedroom, herer there is also an aircondition installed.
A walk-in closet is located between the bedroom and the staircase, where summer/winter clothes, boardgames, suitcases etc. easily can be stored.

The house is heated by an air-to-water heatpump, and the entire house has floor heating system.
If need be, the house can also be heated by using the large centerplaced fireplace, which is operated from the washroom, the heat from the fireplace goes straight out in the living room. Firewood is included untill it is spent, after that the tenant need to restock on own account.

The house gets water from a private well = water is free of charge. A pump pumps up water when needed, and once a week a water softening filter runs.
This means that you cannot take several baths in the tub each week, nor continuous watering of the lawn.
There is no dishwashing machine installed, but the owner will gladly install one if need be.

In the rent water, wastewater, garbage disposal and internet is included. Burglar alarm is installed and there are also materials needed in order to maintain the garden.
Electricity the tenant has to settle with the electric company. The energy used per year (3 persons) has an approximate total of 8.000 kWh.
