The house is located about 20 min drive from central Gothenburg and 7 km from Landvetter airport. Ica Kvantum, pharmacy, bakery, pizzeria etc can be found in Landvetter C which is about 5 min drive away. Bus stop is 5 min walk away. The house is fully furnished and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry room, kitchen and living room. On the second floor is another smaller bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub, TV room and a reading loft. The garden is large and there is also a greenhouse that you can use if you think growing is fun. In the surrounding area there are plenty of walking paths and proximity to bathing lakes. We rent the house from 2024-01-01 to 2024-07-01 but there may also be longer rent, however this is something we will not know until later this spring.
