Upper floor with balcony in beautiful old villa on Styrsö.

From as soon as possible until June 1, 2025, we rent out the upper floor of our house on Styrsö. The accommodation is approx. 85 square meters spread over four rooms plus bathrooms and a kitchen with dining area. The floor has its own entrance, balcony and is partially furnished.

The rent includes internet.
Electricity, heat and water are added.

The house is an old Art Nouveau villa built in 1904 with a cozy garden. There are chickens, cats and a nice patio with sun most of the day. It is five minutes from the ferry station Styrsö Tången where the boat goes directly to Saltholmen. In the morning and afternoon the boat also runs to and from Lindholmspiren and Stenpiren. Otherwise, express bus 114 and tram 11 run from Saltholmen to the city center. It is therefore easy to get to and from the city and the boat trip is very beautiful.

On the island there is a doctor's office, dentist, library, a small gym and two grocery stores. Goods from Systembolaget can be ordered online and delivered to Konsum. ICA is located 100 meters from the house and is open 09-20. On the island there are also wonderful nature trails, cliffs and beaches with a rich wildlife.
