An apartment in the basement of my townhouse in Sissjön. The apartment is 50 square meters and it is furnished. It has its own input (and its own alarm). The apartment consists of two rooms.
In one room there is a new trinette kitchen with a carbon fan, which includes a microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The room has a dining table and a small sleeping area with a 1.05 m wide bed.
In the second room there is a sofa set, TV and a small desk and a 1.20 m wide. bed. adjacent to the bathroom there is a small laundry room with a new washing machine and the possibility of hanging laundry. You can park a bicycle under the roof and car parking cards can be purchased for 500 SEK/year.
Outside the apartment there is a small patio with evening sun at your disposal.

The area has good communications. Nearby are two bus stops, bus 83 and 84. To downtown or colleges it takes about 30-35 min. By car it takes 15 min.
The house is a 10-minute walk from Sissjön, which is a well-liked swimming lake. There are many exercise loops (also light) and the area is part of Sandsjöbacka Nature Reserve.
If you would rather swim in the sea, it is about 4 km.
Just below the area is a commercial area with all possible shops, pharmacies, restaurants, gyms etc.
The apartment is rented to a maximum of two people. pets or smoking is not allowed.
