Our pleasant villa is built in 2020 and has three bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms, a total of 175m2 of living space. There is also a large lovely terrace. The house has an open and airy floor plan and lovely views towards the forest grove! The house is energy efficient and we (2 adults and 2 children) make an average of 8000kw/year. Downstairs is heated with underfloor heating and the upper floor by elements and there is even a wood-burning stove in the living room. Our villa is located on the outskirts of central Gnesta, but still within walking/cycling distance to most things in Gnesta, including commuter station, schools and health centre. It is the last house on the street and the plot is bordered by a cozy woodland/common area that becomes a real blueberry paradise in summer. No thoroughfare for cars, so very quiet location and you quickly get out into the countryside with nice walking paths. Fiber is in the house.

GROUND FLOOR:
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM — Modern kitchen with dishwasher, hot air oven, full fridge and freezer, as well as plenty of drawers and storage. Dining table with 6 chairs and 2 highchairs. Open and spacious floor plan between kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen has a glass door out to the large lovely patio.
LIVING ROOM — Two large sofas and coffee table, as well as two armchairs. There is also a wood burning stove and a glass door that leads out to the back towards the forest grove.
WC — WC with sink and shower.
BEDROOM — A large double bed (180cm), a single bed (90cm) and a grow bed for children (can be moved away if not needed). There are also two wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Window onto the forest grove which provides a quiet and cool location.
LAUNDRY/GROVENTRÉ — Washing machine, dryer, cleaning scrub, wardrobes and clothes storage.

UPPER FLOOR:
LIVING ROOM — Large sofa with coffee table and 60” TV. There is also a play area for the children with a tipi tent, children's table etc. Can be set aside if they are not needed.
OFFICE/BEDROOM — One height/lower desk and one fixed height desk. There is also a Hemnes daybed with storage boxes that can be folded into a double bed.
BEDROOM — Bed (120cm), chest of drawers and desk.
BATHROOM — Double sink, WC, shower, bathtub and storage cabinet.

OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT:
Large terrace that offers both shade and sun. There is a sofa and dining table for 6 people.
Storage room for outdoor things. Greenhouses and grow boxes that are happy to be used.
The back towards the woodland grove houses a playhouse, trampoline, sandbox and swings.
The front has two smaller lawns with fruit trees, berry bushes and flowers.
